Bizomate protects an unattended screen in two ways. After 30 minutes with no activity, the screen locks: your password unlocks it, and nothing is lost. After 12 hours from when you signed in, the session ends: you sign in again, and land back where you were.

Who can do this

Everyone who is signed in.

Steps

Unlock a locked screen

  1. After 30 minutes without a mouse button, key press, scroll or touch, Locked opens, showing your name and email: Locked after 30 minutes idle. Enter your password to pick up where you left off — nothing was lost.
  2. In Password, type your password.
  3. Select Unlock. The button reads Unlocking while it works.
  4. Bizomate opens the page you were on.
    • Not you? Select Sign in as someone else to sign out and go to the sign-in page.

Sign in again after the session ends

  1. When a session ends, Your session has ended opens: You were signed out after 12 hours, which is how long a Bizomate session lasts.
  2. Select Sign in again, and sign in as usual with your password and second step.
  3. Bizomate takes you back to the page you were on.

What happens next

  • Unlocking carries on exactly where you were. Your session is the same one.
  • Signing in again starts a new 12-hour session.
  • Workflows keep running while the screen is locked and after a session ends.

Good to know

  • The 12 hours run from sign-in, not from your last action. Being busy does not extend a session.
  • Anything you had half-typed is gone when a session ends. The page says so before you select Sign in again.
  • The lock covers every page. While locked, any page in Bizomate opens the lock screen until you unlock.
  • Closing the browser clears the lock. Whether you are still signed in then depends on Keep me signed in and the 12 hours.
  • The same page opens when a session was signed out from elsewhere — from Active sessions on another device, or because your password was changed.
  • The lock asks for your password only. A passkey cannot unlock it.

If something goes wrong

What you see Why What to do
That password is not right. Try again. The password is wrong. Type it again. If you have forgotten it, select Sign in as someone else, then Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
Enter your password. The field was empty. Type your password.
Your session has ended when you did not expect it 12 hours had passed, or the session was signed out from another device or by a password change. Sign in again. If you did not sign it out yourself, check Active sessions and change your password.
