Every page in Bizomate has the same bar across the top. From left to right it tells you which app, workspace and company you are in, takes you to the pages you work on, and holds your notifications, help and account.

Who can do this

Everyone. A few items appear only for some roles, as noted below.

The top bar, left to right

  1. The Bizomate mark — takes you to Workflows in the workspace you are in.
  2. The app switcher — shows the app you are in, Automation. Select it to see every Bizomate app. See Open another Bizomate app.
  3. The workspace chip — the workspace you are in. If you belong to more than one company, the company's name shows under it. Select it to:
    • see your Current company, its plan, and your role there ("You own this company", "You are an admin here", "You are a member here");
    • switch to another of your workspaces;
    • open a workspace in one of your Other companies;
    • Start your own company;
    • open All workspaces, or — for owners and company admins — + New workspace in ….
  4. The pages — Workflows, Lists, Connections and Runs. The page you are on is highlighted.
  5. The bell — your notifications, with a count of unread ones. See Using the notification centre.
  6. The help icon — search help articles, see articles for the page you are on, Chat with us, Open a ticket, and Your tickets. A dot on it means a ticket has a new reply.
  7. Your avatar — your name and email, Settings, and Sign out.

In the workflow designer, the pages are replaced by the workflow's name, its draft and live labels, and a back arrow to Workflows; Test run and Publish sit before the bell.

Settings

Select your avatar, then Settings. One list on the left holds every setting, in three groups:

  • Account — yours, in every company: Profile, Email, Password, Two-factor, Notifications, Active sessions, Your data, Templates and earnings.
  • Workspace — the workspace you are in: General, Members, Projects, Variables.
  • Company — the company you are in: Plan and billing, Usage, Support tickets.

Everyone in the workspace can open every Workspace and Company page. What you can change on them depends on your role.

On a phone

The pages, the apps and the workspace fold into one menu. Select the menu button at the top right to see:

  • Apps — each Bizomate app;
  • Automation — Workflows, Lists, Connections, Runs;
  • … · switch workspace, Notifications, Help and Your account.

Good to know

  • A banner under the top bar announces planned maintenance. Select × to hide it; it comes back the day before the maintenance.
  • Switching workspace or company takes you to Workflows in the workspace you chose.
  • Messages after you do something appear for a moment at the corner of the screen. Some settings pages show them as a banner at the top instead.
