An archived workspace keeps everything it had. The company's owner or a company admin can restore it themselves, and it comes back exactly as it was — except that its workflows are switched off, so nothing runs until someone decides it should.
Who can do this
- Company role: Owner or Admin. The Archived in … list is not shown to anyone else.
- Plan: restoring cannot take the company over its plan's workspace limit (Free and Starter 1, Pro 10, Enterprise no limit).
Steps
- Select the workspace chip at the top left, then All workspaces.
- Under Archived in Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited — "Their workflows are stopped. Restoring one brings it back with its workflows switched off." — find the workspace.
- Select Restore. The button shows Restoring.
The message Workspace restored says ""Consulace" is active again. Its workflows are switched off until you turn them on." It moves up into your list of workspaces.
When it was the company's last workspace
If every workspace in the company was archived, you land on No active workspace here instead. Select Restore Consulace. You are taken straight into it, on Workflows.
What happens next
- Its members can open it again from their workspace menu.
- If you were not a member, you are added as its admin.
- Every workflow in it is switched off. On Workflows, switch on the ones that should run. Schedules start from their next time; nothing that was missed while it was archived runs.
- Its connections, lists, variables, projects and run history are as they were.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot restore — Your plan allows 1 active workspace. Archive another or upgrade to restore this one. | The company already has as many active workspaces as its plan allows. | Archive another workspace, or ask the owner to move to a bigger plan. |
| Cannot restore — That workspace no longer exists. | It was removed. | Open a ticket from the help icon. |
| Consulace could not be restored just now. Nothing changed — try again. | Its workflows could not be switched off first, so it stayed archived. | Try again in a moment. |
| No Archived in … list | You are not the owner or a company admin, or nothing is archived. | Ask the company's owner or an admin to restore it. |
