The Free plan costs nothing and has no end date. It is for one person trying out one process: everything you build works, within smaller limits. This article lists those limits and what Free cannot do.

Who can do this

Every company can be on Free. A company starts on it when its owner has already had a Pro trial, and moves to it when a trial ends or the owner selects Downgrade.

What Free cannot do

  • Invite anyone. Inviting says "Your plan is for a single person. Upgrade to invite others."
  • Publish a workflow that uses a premium connection (◇) — HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft SQL, Jira or Amazon S3. You can add the connection, build the steps and test them; publishing says "“Microsoft SQL” needs a paid plan. Change the plan, or remove it and publish the rest."
  • Use environments and global variables.
  • Import a Bizomate workflow file. Importing a file from another automation tool works on Free.
  • Show your brand logo on a form. "Your brand logo on the form is on paid plans. On Free the form shows only its fields, with no logo."
  • Buy extra runs. Past 110 runs, runs are skipped until the month resets.

Good to know

  • Templates are on every plan, Free included.
  • Exporting your workflows always works, whatever the plan.
  • The workflow limit counts only workflows that are switched on. Switch one off to make room for another.
  • Runs reset on the first of each month. See What counts as a run.

If something goes wrong
