One Bizomate account can belong to several companies — your own, and others you were invited to. You work in one company at a time; its plan, limits and billing apply while you are in it. Switch whenever you need to.
Who can do this
Anyone who belongs to more than one company, in any role.
Steps
From the workspace chip
- Select the workspace chip near the top left of any page — it shows the workspace's name and, when you belong to more than one company, the company's name under it. A menu opens with Current company and its workspaces.
- Under Other companies, select the company. Opens its most recent workspace. Its plan and limits apply there.
- Bizomate opens that company, in the workspace you last used there.
From Choose a company
- If Bizomate cannot tell which company to open — for example, after you leave a workspace — Choose a company opens: Each company has its own plan, limits and billing, so this decides what applies.
- Each company shows your role in it and its country. The one you are in is marked Current.
- Select a company. Bizomate opens its most recent workspace.
What happens next
- Everything you see changes to that company: its workspaces, workflows, connections and members, and its plan's limits.
- Your account stays the same: your profile, password, two-factor and notification settings apply in every company.
- The Company section of Settings shows the company you are in.
Good to know
- Start a company of your own from the same menu: Start your own company — Your own plan, billing and workspaces. You stay in the others.
- All workspaces, at the foot of the menu, lists every workspace you can open.
- Your role can differ between companies. You might be the owner of one and a member of another.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| You do not have access to that — Your role in Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited does not include this page. An admin can change it in Settings. | You opened a page your role in the current company does not allow, or you are in the wrong company. | Select Back to workflows, or switch to the right company. If you are signed in as the wrong account, select Sign out and try another. |
| A company is missing from the menu | You are no longer a member, or it has closed. | Ask its owner or an admin to invite you again. |
