Bizomate runs the small jobs that move information between the services your business already uses. Each job is a workflow.
A workflow has three parts
- A trigger — what starts it. You pressing Run now, a schedule, or another system calling a web address.
- Steps — what it does, in order. Send an email, post to Microsoft Teams or Slack, add a row to Google Sheets, query a database, call a web address, set a value, choose a path with a condition, or wait.
- Runs — every time it runs, it leaves a record of what each step received and did.
Getting going
- Connect the services you want to use, from Connections.
- Build the workflow in the designer, and use Test run to try it.
- Publish it and switch it on. Publishing makes it live; the switch decides whether schedules and web addresses can start it.
When something goes wrong, the run shows which step stopped and why.
