When you delete your account, Bizomate removes everything about you as a person straight away. What belongs to a company — its workflows, runs and connections — stays with the company, unless you owned it alone, in which case the company closes and is deleted 30 days later. This page lists every part.

Who can do this

Everyone, for their own account. To delete it, see Delete your account.

Steps

  1. Download a copy first, if you want one: Settings > Your data > Download. See Download your data.
  2. Read the lists below, and the summary in the Delete your account? dialog, which names each of your companies and what happens to it.
  3. Delete the account from Settings > Your data > Delete account.

What happens next

Deleted at once

  • Your name, email address, photo and job title.
  • How you sign in: your password, every passkey, your authenticator app, your recovery codes, and the record of when each passkey was last used.
  • Every session. You are signed out everywhere, and the records of your sign-ins — device, IP address and approximate location — are deleted.
  • Your notifications, in every company.
  • Invitations and ownership offers sent to your address that you had not answered.
  • Anything waiting: an email change you had not confirmed, and the company details from a sign-up you had not finished.
  • Product news emails stop, and any place you held on a plan's waiting list is removed.
  • Templates you shared to the marketplace, listed or still in review. Companies that already installed one keep their own copy of the workflow.
  • Your memberships of every company and workspace. You leave each one as if you had left it yourself.

Kept by the companies you leave

  • Their workflows, versions, runs, connections, lists and history. They belong to the company, not to whoever built them.
  • Records in a company that already name you — for example who sent an invitation — keep that name.

Closed and deleted after 30 days: companies you owned alone

If you owned a company and nobody else was in it, it closes with your account:

  • At once: every workflow stops; its schedules, webhook addresses, app triggers and queued runs are removed; open invitations and ownership offers for it are removed; and its subscription is cancelled. Nobody can reach it.
  • 30 days later, everything in it is deleted: its workflows, versions, variables, runs and their files, lists, connections and their tokens, projects, workspaces, members, usage counts, subscription and notifications, its support tickets and chats with their attachments and screenshots, and its places on plan waiting lists. Its billing address and tax ID are removed.
  • Kept after that: the company's name and the dates it was opened, closed and deleted — nothing else.

The last email we send tells you the exact date its data will be deleted.

Kept, without your name

  • Support tickets and chats keep what was said, because they are part of the company's history as much as yours. Your name is replaced with Deleted user, and the contact email is removed. When the company itself is deleted, they go with it.

Kept by Bizomate

  • An account record with nothing in it. The row stays, renamed Deleted user, with no address, no name, no photo and no way to sign in, so that tickets and logs that point at it still make sense. It is locked for good.
  • A one-way hash of your email address, and whether you have had a Pro trial. It cannot be turned back into your address. Its only use: if you sign up again with the same address, the new company does not get a second trial.
  • Bizomate's admin log records that the account was Deleted by its owner, with the date.

Good to know

  • Your email address is free again. You can create a new account with it, but it starts empty, without a trial if you had one before.
  • Nothing can be restored. Your account cannot be brought back once deleted.
  • One last email goes to your old address — Your Bizomate account has been deleted — saying what happened to each company.
