You sign in with your work email address and password, then confirm it is you with your second step — a passkey or a code from your authenticator app. If you have a passkey, you can sign in with it alone and skip the password.
Who can do this
Anyone with a Bizomate account whose email address is confirmed.
Steps
- Go to the Sign in page.
- In Email, type your address — rohan@consulace.com.
- If your browser offers a saved passkey in this field's suggestions, you can choose it instead. See Sign in with a passkey.
- In Password, type your password. Select Show to check what you typed.
- Tick Keep me signed in if this is your own device and you want to stay signed in after closing the browser.
- Wait for the Human check to finish. See The human check on sign-in pages.
- Select Sign in. The button reads Signing in while it works.
- Bizomate asks for your second step:
- If your account has a passkey, One more step opens. Select Use your passkey.
- Otherwise Enter your authenticator code opens. Type the six-digit code from your app and select Verify and sign in.
- See Confirm your second step when you sign in.
- If someone has invited you to a workspace since you last signed in, the invitations screen opens first. Accept, decline, or select Decide later. See Accept or decline an invitation.
- Bizomate opens the page you were trying to reach, or your workflows.
The first time you sign in, Bizomate asks you to set up two-factor instead of step 7. See Set up two-factor the first time you sign in.
What happens next
- A new sign-in is recorded under Settings > Active sessions, with the device, an approximate location and the time.
- Signing in from a new browser sends an email. When you sign in from a browser Bizomate has not seen on your account before, we email you New sign-in to Bizomate from the device, with the time, the approximate location and a link to your active sessions. Your very first sign-in does not send one.
- Your session lasts 12 hours from when you signed in, however busy you are. After that you sign in again. See When the screen locks or your session ends.
Good to know
- Keep me signed in keeps your session when you close the browser. It does not make the session longer than 12 hours. Without it, closing the browser signs you out.
- Two-factor is required on every account. There is no way to sign in with a password alone.
- There is no sign-in with Google or Microsoft. Accounts sign in with an email address and password, or with a passkey.
- Five failed attempts pause sign-in for 15 minutes. Wrong passwords and wrong codes both count. See If sign-in is paused after failed attempts.
- The error never says which field was wrong. That stops anyone using the form to find out whether an address has an account.
