Your account holds a small set of details about you, and Bizomate records each sign-in so you can spot one that is not yours. This page lists what is kept, why, for how long, and where you can see it.
Who can do this
Everyone can see and change their own details from Settings, and download all of them at once. See Download your data.
Steps
- Select your photo or initials at the top right, then Settings.
- Use the pages under Account to see or change each part:
- Profile — your name, photo, job title and time zone.
- Email — your address and when it was verified.
- Two-factor — your passkeys, authenticator app and recovery codes.
- Notifications — whether product news comes by email.
- Active sessions — every browser signed in as you.
- Your data — a copy of everything, or deleting the account.
What happens next
Changes save straight away and apply in every company you are in, because these details belong to you, not to a company.

Approximate location is worked out from the IP address on Bizomate's own servers, using a location database. It is often a nearby city.
Notifications stay in your notification centre for 90 days, then are deleted.
Support tickets and chats you have had are kept with your account, and appear in your data download. A chat you had on the website before you had an account joins your account when you confirm the same email address.
