Open Connections and choose + Connection. Depending on the service you either sign in to it — Microsoft, Google, Slack and others — or enter a key or password it gave you.

Whatever you enter is kept to run your workflows and never shown again — not to you, not to anyone in the workspace, and not to support.
Where the service allows it, Test checks the connection works before you use it.
Admins and editors of the workspace can add and change connections; viewers can see which exist.
