Bizomate is growing into several apps that share your workspace, company and sign-in. Automation — workflows, lists, connections and runs — is open to everyone. Message Center and Ticketing are being built, and two more are still being decided. The app switcher, right after the logo, shows them all.

Who can do this

Everyone. Apps that are not open yet show a Coming soon page; people chosen to test an app see it marked In testing.

Steps

  1. Select the app switcher at the top left, beside the Bizomate mark. It shows the app you are in, Automation.

    • Or press G, then A, on your keyboard.

  2. The menu, Bizomate apps, lists each app with what it is for:

    • Automation — "Workflows that run your work across the services you use"
    • Message Center — "Chatbot, WhatsApp Business, Facebook and Instagram messages, RCS — one inbox"
    • Ticketing — "Tickets from your customers, with queues, owners and replies"
    • Apps and Marketing — "To be decided"

    Use the arrow keys and Enter, or select one.

  3. An app marked Coming soon opens its page — "Message Center is on its way". Select Tell me when it's ready.

The message We will tell you says "One email when Message Center opens to your company." The page then shows "We will email you when it opens."

What happens next

  • Switching keeps your workspace, company and sign-in. Each app opens on the page you left it on.
  • For an app you asked about, you get one email the day it opens.
  • If you are a tester, an app In testing opens for you, with a strip across the top: "Message Center is in testing. Only its testers see it; everyone else sees Coming soon." Select Report a problem to open a ticket.

A link to an app that is not open yet shows its Coming soon page, never an error.
