- MySQL and MariaDB ◇. Six steps — Run a query, Insert rows, Update rows, Delete rows, Find rows and Run a stored procedure — and the New row trigger, which checks a table every 5 or 15 minutes. Values are always sent as parameters. On paid plans; you can add the connection and test its steps on any plan. Connect a MySQL or MariaDB database
- MongoDB. Seven steps — Find documents, Insert a document, Insert documents, Update documents, Delete documents, Aggregate and Count — and the New document trigger, checked every 5 minutes (15 on Free). Paste a
mongodb://ormongodb+srv://connection string. On every plan. Connect MongoDB - Redis. Ten steps — Get, Set, Delete, Increment, Push to a list, Pop from a list, Get keys, Publish, Hash set and Hash get — for the keys, counters, lists and channels your own apps read. Connect with host, port and password, or a
rediss://address. On every plan. Connect Redis - Supabase. Eight steps — Insert a row, Update rows, Upsert, Delete rows, Find rows, Call a function, Upload a file to storage and Get a signed URL — and two triggers: Row added, changed or deleted, which starts a run the moment a Supabase database webhook sends a change, and New row, checked every 5 minutes (15 on Free). Connect with the project URL and an API key. On every plan. Connect Supabase · Start a workflow the moment a row changes in Supabase
- Amazon S3 ◇. Seven steps — Upload a file, Download a file, List objects, Delete an object, Copy an object, Get a presigned URL and Create a bucket — and the New object trigger, which checks a bucket every 5 or 15 minutes. Works with Amazon S3 and with S3-compatible stores such as Cloudflare R2, Wasabi, DigitalOcean Spaces and MinIO: give an access key, its secret, the region and, for a compatible store, its endpoint. On paid plans; you can add the connection and test its steps on any plan. Connect Amazon S3 or an S3-compatible store
- FTP / SFTP. Six steps — Upload a file, Download a file, List a folder, Delete a file, Rename or move a file and Create a folder — and the New file in a folder trigger, checked every 5 minutes (15 on Free), which can bring the file with the run. Connect an SFTP, FTPS or FTP server with a password or, for SFTP, a private key; the test keeps an SFTP server's key, so a server that later shows a different one is refused. On every plan. Connect an FTP or SFTP server
- RSS. Read a feed and the New feed item trigger, checked every 5 minutes (15 on Free), for any RSS or Atom feed — a blog, a news site, a status page. Built in, with no connection to set up. On every plan. Start a workflow from a new RSS feed item
- Nine more AI apps, on every plan. Mistral AI, Groq, Perplexity, DeepSeek, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Stability AI, Replicate and Hugging Face: ask a model, ask with web search, turn recordings into text and text into speech, create and edit images, read a document page by page, and run a model hosted on Replicate. Each connects with your company's own API key or token, has a Test on the connection, and lists the provider's models, with Use a value for one the list doesn't show. The provider bills your account; each run's usage strip shows what it used. Connect Mistral AI · Connect Groq · Connect Perplexity · Connect DeepSeek · Connect ElevenLabs · Connect Deepgram · Connect Stability AI · Connect Replicate · Connect Hugging Face
- More from OpenAI and Gemini. OpenAI adds Create an image, Edit an image, Transcribe audio, Text to speech, Create embeddings and Moderate text; Gemini adds Create embeddings. Create or edit an image with OpenAI · Transcribe audio or make speech with OpenAI · Create embeddings or moderate text with OpenAI · Create embeddings with Gemini
- Files on Claude and Gemini. The Claude and Gemini steps take an optional Files row after Prompt, read with the prompt: PDFs and images on Claude, and audio too on Gemini. Ask an AI model with Claude, OpenAI or Gemini
- Close company stops forms too. When the owner closes the company, its forms stop taking answers at once, as its webhook addresses and schedules already did. Close your company
- Passkeys now work on bizomate.io. A passkey set up before this release needs adding again: sign in with your password and second step, then Add a passkey in Settings > Two-factor, and remove the old one. Sign in with a passkey

- Close your company. The owner can close the company from Plan and billing. Bizomate offers the export first, then stops every workflow and cancels the subscription; the company is deleted 30 days later, and until then support can undo it. The owner keeps their own account. Close your company
- More in every plan. Free now includes 500 runs a month (was 100), Starter up to 10 people (was 5), and Pro has no limit on people (was 25), at the same price. Your company has the new limits already. Plans compared
- Clearer limit messages. When you reach your plan's limit on people, workspaces or projects, the message says what your plan includes and what Pro includes, with See the plans. What happens when you reach a limit
- Run history is kept by days. Each run's record is kept for 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter and 90 on Pro, with no limit on Enterprise. What each step received and returned, and files uploaded through a form, are kept for 7 days on every plan. The first clean-up runs on 6 October 2026 at 02:30 UTC. How long runs and their files are kept
- When nothing is found. Every Find step now has two ways out: Found carries on with what it found, and When nothing is found is its own path, so you can ask the customer, create the record or tell someone. Workflows built before carry on as they did until you add a step on When nothing is found. When a Find step finds nothing
- Someone else saved the draft. If someone saves a workflow's draft after you opened it, autosave pauses and says who saved and when. You can see what changed, save yours as a copy, load theirs or keep yours. When someone else changed the draft
- Unpublished saves. Versions, then Unpublished saves, keeps the last 10 saves of each workflow's draft, with who saved each and when, so a replaced draft can be restored. See and restore unpublished saves
- Describe it. Select + New workflow and say what the workflow should do, in your own words. Bizomate shows you the plan, then builds a draft for you to check; nothing runs or publishes until you do. Ask for a change changes a draft the same way. Describe a workflow and let Bizomate build it
- Sign in with a passkey first. The sign-in page leads with your passkey, with email and password below. After a password sign-in, Bizomate offers to save a passkey on that device. Sign in with a passkey
- Emails you choose. A run fails, A run finishes and A connection stops working emails can each be switched on or off in Settings, then Notifications. Choose which emails you get
- Google Calendar, List events. When offers Today, Tomorrow, Next 7 days (the default) or Custom, in the step's time zone. Get or list Google Calendar events
- Shopify, Find an order. Order numbers with your store's own prefix, such as NW-20417, are now found: the number is looked up exactly as written first, then with "#" in front. Create, find or tag a Shopify order
- Shopify customers. A customer now carries their email marketing consent, so a workflow can check it before sending any marketing email. Create, update or find a Shopify customer
- WooCommerce, Order updated. A note added to an order on its own no longer starts a run. Start a workflow from WooCommerce store events
- Invoice items. In PayPal, Stripe and Razorpay invoices, an item's name may contain a colon, and two items with the same name stay two items. Create and send a PayPal invoice, Create a Stripe invoice, Create a Razorpay customer or invoice
- Take ownership. In a company with no owner, an admin can take ownership from Plan and billing. Take ownership of a company with no owner
- Planned maintenance. During planned maintenance, no new runs start and none fail: a scheduled workflow due then runs once afterwards, and services sending webhooks are asked to try again. A banner says when, in your own time zone. When Bizomate is down for planned maintenance
- Your own time zone. Support hours, ticket emails, chat transcripts and maintenance times show in the time zone on your profile. Edit your profile: name, photo and time zone
- Viewer means view. Someone moved to Viewer can no longer save, publish or run from a page they already had open. What each role can do
- Clearer error messages. Error messages say what happened and what to do next, and a draft that fails to save keeps your work. If a page says Something broke on our end
- Creating an account. Country has nothing chosen for you, and if your country isn't there, My country isn't listed lets you leave your email to hear the day it opens. Create a Bizomate account
