The bell at the top right collects what Bizomate has to tell you — invitations, ownership offers, connection problems, support replies, people joining a workspace, news from Bizomate — from every company you belong to. Anything that needs you is pinned to the top until it is done.
Who can do this
Everyone. You see only your own notifications.
Steps
Read notifications
- Select the bell at the top right. A number on it shows how many are unread.
- The panel lists:
- Needs you — things only you can act on, such as an invitation or an ownership offer. They stay pinned until they are done, then clear themselves.
- Everything else · newest first — for information.
- Each notification shows a tag for where it came from: the company's name, "Your account · every company" for your own account, or "From Bizomate".
- Select its button — for example Review invitation or Review offer — to act on it. Opening one marks it read.
- A notification with no action has Dismiss instead. Select it to remove the notification.
- To see everything, select View all at the bottom of the panel.
On the full page
- On Notifications, filter by category: All, Invitations, Workflows, Connections, Billing, Support, Workspace, Security or Announcements. Each shows how many it holds.
- Tick Unread only to hide what you have read.
- Select Mark all as read to clear the unread count.
Choose what also comes by email
- Select Email settings, in the panel or on the full page.
- On Notifications in your account settings, switch on or off: A run fails, A run finishes, A connection stops working, Product news. Changes save as you make them.
What happens next
- Notifications are kept for 90 days, then removed.
- A notification from another company you belong to shows Switches to Northwind Logistics beside its button. Opening it switches you into that company first, and the page you land on says "You're now in Northwind Logistics. Its plan and limits apply here."
- A notification from a company you have left is tagged "… · no longer a member".
- Long announcements show two lines; select them to read the rest.
Good to know
- Everything appears in the notification centre whatever you choose for email. The email switches only decide what also arrives in your inbox.
- Some email cannot be switched off: security alerts, invitations, ownership offers, billing notices, support replies and maintenance notices.
- New replies on your support tickets also show as a dot on the help icon.
