When something changes about how you sign in, Bizomate tells you — by email, in your notification centre, or both. These cannot be switched off: they are how you would find out if someone else were using your account.
Who can do this
Everyone receives these about their own account. Notifications appear under the bell in the top bar, in the Security category, and apply to every company you are in.
Steps
When an alert arrives:
- Read what changed, when, and from which device and approximate place.
- If it was you, there is nothing to do.
- If it was not you:
- Change your password straight away. See Change your password, or Reset a forgotten password if you cannot sign in.
- Open Settings > Active sessions and sign out anything you do not recognise.
- Open Settings > Two-factor and remove any passkey or app you did not add.
- Contact Bizomate support.

These cannot be switched off. See Choose which emails you get.
