Every sign-in with a password ends with a second step. If your account has a passkey, Bizomate asks for that; otherwise it asks for a six-digit code from your authenticator app.

Who can do this

Everyone signing in with a password, once two-factor is set up.

Steps

With a passkey

  1. After your password, One more step opens: Your password checked out. Confirm it's you with your passkey to finish signing in.
  2. Tick Remember this browser for 30 days if this is your own device and you do not want to be asked on this browser for a while.
  3. Select Use your passkey.
  4. Confirm with your fingerprint, face or device PIN. Bizomate signs you in.

With your authenticator app

  1. After your password, Enter your authenticator code opens: Your password checked out. One more step before you are in.
    • If you are on One more step and want to use the app instead, select Use your authenticator app instead.
  2. Open your authenticator app and find Bizomate.
  3. Type the six-digit code into the six boxes. You can paste the whole code into the first box.
  4. Tick Remember this browser for 30 days if this is your own device.
  5. Select Verify and sign in.

What happens next

Bizomate signs you in and opens the page you were going to, or your workflows. If invitations are waiting for you, they show first.

Good to know

  • The links under the form show only what your account has. Use your authenticator app instead appears only if you set one up; Use your passkey instead only if you have a passkey. Use a recovery code and Lost access to everything? are always there.
  • The code changes every 30 seconds. Enter the one showing now. Spaces and hyphens in it are ignored.
  • Remembering a browser skips the second step on that browser only. It stops when you clear your browser's cookies, and when your two-factor is reset.
  • Wrong codes count towards the pause. Five failed attempts pause sign-in for 15 minutes.
  • Keep me signed in, ticked on the password form, still applies after the second step.
