Help articles answer most questions faster than a person can. Inside Bizomate they open from the ? at the top of every page, and the public ones are also on docs.bizomate.com. This article shows how to search them, read them, and say whether one helped.

Who can do this

Everyone. Inside Bizomate you see every published article. On docs.bizomate.com, without signing in, you see the public ones.

Steps

Search from any page

  1. Select the ? at the top right of the page, beside the bell. The Help panel opens.
  2. In Search help articles, type what you want to know — the panel suggests "Try: why was my run skipped" — and press Enter.
  3. The Help page opens with the results: "4 articles for “run skipped”". Each shows its title, its category and how long it takes to read.
  4. Select an article to read it.

On a phone, open the menu at the top right and select Help.

Read the articles for the page you are on

  1. Select the ? at the top right.
  2. Under For this page, the panel lists up to three articles about the page you are on — Workflows, Runs, Connections, Lists, Billing and so on.
  3. Select one to open it.

Browse every article

  1. Go to bizomate.io/help.
  2. With no search typed, it lists articles by category, up to six in each.

Say whether an article helped

  1. At the end of an article, beside Was this helpful?, select Yes or No.
  2. The line changes to "Thanks — that goes straight to the people who write these."

On docs.bizomate.com

  1. Type in Search the help and press Enter. Results list titles first, then summaries, then the words inside.
  2. Select a category on the home page to see all its articles.

What happens next

  • A search that finds nothing is passed to the people who write the articles, so the next person may find an answer. The page says so: "Searches that find nothing are passed to our writers, so the next person may find an answer here."
  • Your vote is counted against the article, so the writers know which ones need work.

Good to know

  • The Help panel also shows your tickets. When support has replied, a dot appears on the ?, and Your tickets lists the reply under the subject.
  • Every article ends with "Still stuck? Chat with us." and a Start a chat button. See Chatting with support.
  • Support hours are 9:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday, and Bizomate support will never ask for your password.

If something goes wrong

What you see Why What to do
Nothing matches that — "No article covers “gst invoice” yet. Try fewer words, or ask a person." No article uses those words Try one word that names the thing — "refund", "invoice", "plan" — or select Chat with us or Open a ticket under it.
That article is not here — "It may have been unpublished. Try a search." The link points to an article that was taken down Search for the topic instead.
