You work in one workspace at a time; its name is on the chip at the top left of every page. Switch to see another workspace's workflows, lists, connections and runs.
Who can do this
Anyone who belongs to more than one workspace. You only see workspaces you are a member of.
Steps
From the workspace chip
- Select the workspace chip at the top left (it shows the workspace's initial and name).
- Under Current company, the menu lists your workspaces in this company with how many members each has. The one you are in says Current workspace and has a tick.
- Select the workspace you want.
You land on Workflows in that workspace.
From All workspaces
- Select the workspace chip, then All workspaces at the bottom of the menu.
- The Workspaces page lists your workspaces with your role and the member count. The one you are in is marked Current.
- Select Open on the workspace you want.
On a phone, select the menu button at the top right, then … · switch workspace to reach the same page.
What happens next
- Every page now shows the workspace you chose. Pages you open from the top bar — Workflows, Lists, Connections, Runs — and Workspace settings apply to it.
- Bizomate remembers the workspace you last opened in each company, and opens it next time you come back to that company.
- Switching does not change anything for anyone else, and does not stop or start any workflow.
Good to know
- A workspace in another company is listed under Other companies in the chip menu, and under its company on All workspaces. Opening it switches company too — see Switch to another company.
- Archived workspaces are not listed for switching. Owners and company admins see them under Archived in … on All workspaces.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| You land on All workspaces instead of the workspace | You were removed from it, or it was archived, since the menu was drawn. | Choose another workspace from the list. |
| No workspaces yet — Ask an admin to add you to one. | You are not in any workspace. | Ask an admin of the workspace you need to invite you. |
