Creating an account sets up you and your company in one go. You give your details once, confirm your email address, protect the account with two-factor, and then name your first workspace — that is when your company is actually created.

If someone invited you to their workspace, do not use this page. Open the link in your invitation instead: it creates your account and adds you to their workspace in one step. See Accept or decline an invitation.

Who can do this

Anyone with a work email address that does not already have a Bizomate account.

Steps

  1. Go to the sign-in page and select Create an account under the form, beside New to Bizomate?. The Create your account page opens.
  2. In Full name, type your name — Rohan Mehta.
  3. In Job title (optional), type your role if you want it on your profile — Founder. You can leave it empty.
  4. In Company name, type your company's name — Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited. This is the name used on invoices. You name your first workspace later.
  5. In Country, choose where your company is. Read the hint first: the country decides where your data is stored and how you're billed. It cannot be changed later.
    • Only countries where Bizomate can take new companies are listed. If yours is not there, Bizomate is not open there yet.
  6. In Work email, type the address you will sign in with — rohan@consulace.com.
  7. In Password, type a password. The two rules under the field tick as you type: 12 characters or more and One number or symbol. Select Show to see what you typed.
  8. Check Time zone. Your browser's own zone is chosen for you. Run times and history show in this zone, and you can change it later in your profile.
  9. Tick Email me occasionally about what is new if you want product news. It is unticked unless you tick it.
  10. Wait for the Human check box to finish. It usually finishes on its own; if it asks you to tick a box, tick it. The button is ready once the check has passed. See The human check on sign-in pages.
  11. Read the line under the button, then select Create account. The button reads Creating your account while it works. Selecting it means you agree to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
  12. The Confirm your email page opens: We sent a link to rohan@consulace.com. Open it to carry on setting up your account.
  13. Open the email Confirm your email to finish setting up Bizomate and select its link. The Email confirmed page opens.
  14. Select Sign in, and sign in with your email and password.
  15. Bizomate asks you to Set up two-factor. Choose a passkey or an authenticator app, set it up, and save your ten recovery codes. See Set up two-factor the first time you sign in.
  16. Select I have saved them, continue. The Create a workspace page opens, marked Email confirmed · two-factor on.
  17. In Workspace name, check the name. It is taken from your company name; change it if this workspace is for one team or office — Consulace.
  18. Optionally, under Invite your team (optional), type up to 20 email addresses in Email addresses, separated by commas or spaces.
  19. Select Create workspace. The button reads Creating your workspace while it works.

Your company and its first workspace are created together, and Bizomate opens your workflows.

What happens next

  • Your company is created in the country you chose, with you as its Owner. You are Admin of the first workspace.
  • If you have never owned a company before, the company starts a 15-day Pro trial. After 15 days it moves to Free unless you pick a plan. The trial comes once per person: if you have owned a company that had one before — even under an account you have since deleted — the company starts on Free.
  • Anyone you invited gets an invitation email. If an invitation could not be sent, Bizomate opens the workspace's members page instead of your workflows, so you can see what is pending and try again.
  • If you chatted with Bizomate support from the website before you had an account, using the same email address, those chats are added to your account when you confirm the address.

Good to know

  • Nothing is created until you name the workspace. Bizomate remembers your company name and country from the sign-up form and creates the company only at the last step. If you never confirm your email, no company exists.
  • Two-factor is required on every Bizomate account. You cannot skip it or turn it off.
  • One account per email address. An address can belong to only one Bizomate account.
  • The confirmation link works for 24 hours. See Confirm your email address.
  • The country cannot be changed later. It decides where the company's data is stored, its currency and its payment provider.
  • There is no sign-up with Google or Microsoft. Every account signs in with its email address and password, or a passkey.
