Everything Bizomate tells you appears in the notification centre, under the bell in the top bar. Settings > Notifications decides what also comes by email. The settings apply to every company and workspace you are in.

Steps
- Select your photo or initials at the top right, then Settings.
- Select Notifications under Account.
- Under Also email me when, find Product news — Offers and new features from Bizomate. About once a month, never more.
- Switch it on or off. It saves as soon as you change it, and a banner says Saved.
What happens next
- Product news off: you get no offers or feature announcements by email. Bizomate's news still appears in your notification centre.
- Unsubscribe from the email itself: in a product-news email, your mail app's own Unsubscribe (beside the sender in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail) switches product news off at once, without signing in. It is the same switch as here.
- Product news on: you get offers and new features by email, about once a month at most.
Good to know
- Notifications stay in the notification centre for 90 days, whatever you choose here. Open it from the bell in the top bar.
- Some email cannot be switched off. Security alerts, invitations, ownership offers, billing notices, support replies and maintenance notices go out either way, because you need them to keep control of the account.
- Maintenance notices come by email either way, even with product news off.
- When you sign up, product news is off unless you tick Email me occasionally about what is new on the sign-up form. If you joined by an invitation or by accepting a company's ownership, it starts off too — switch it on here if you want it.
