After you register, confirm your email and set up two-factor, Bizomate asks you to create a workspace — where your workflows, connections and the people you share them with live. Your company is set up at the same moment, from the name and country you gave when you registered.

Who can do this

Anyone finishing their registration. You become the company's Owner and the workspace's Admin.

Before you start

You have registered with your company's name and country, confirmed your email, and set up two-factor.

Steps

  1. The page shows "Email confirmed · two-factor on" and is headed Create a workspace — "You are signed in and your account is protected. Now make somewhere to work."
  2. In Workspace name, keep the name filled in from your company's name, or change it if this workspace is for one team or office — for example Consulace.
  3. Under Invite your team (optional), in Email addresses, type the addresses of anyone who should join you — for example asha@consulace.com, karthik@consulace.com. Separate them with commas, spaces or new lines. Leave it empty to invite people later.
  4. Select Create workspace. The button shows Creating your workspace.

You land on Workflows in your new workspace.

What happens next

  • Your company is created with you as owner. It starts with a 15-day Pro trial — the first company you own gets one — and moves to Free after 15 days unless you pick a plan.
  • The workspace is created with you as its admin.
  • You are sent an email, "Your workspace is ready", with the three things worth doing first — unless you switched off product email.
  • Everyone you listed is invited as an Editor, with an email and a link that lasts 7 days. You can change their roles on Members once they join.
  • If any invitation could not be sent, you land on Members instead of Workflows, where Pending invitations shows what went and you can Resend.

Good to know

  • You can invite up to 20 people here. Invite more from Settings › Members.
  • Your own address is left out if you include it.
  • The workspace name can be changed later in Settings › General. The country cannot be changed; it decides where your data is stored and how you are billed.
  • On Free, nobody else can be invited. During the Pro trial you can invite up to 25 people across the company.

If something goes wrong
