Your profile is your name and picture, as everyone in your companies sees them, plus your job title and the time zone Bizomate shows times in.

Who can do this

Everyone, for their own account.

Steps

  1. Select your photo or initials at the top right, then Settings. Profile opens.
  2. To change your photo, select Change photo (or the file picker, if you have no photo yet) and choose a PNG or JPG up to 2 MB. Its name shows beside the button with save to use it.
  3. To remove your photo, select Remove. A banner says Photo removed. Your initials show in its place. You can stop here.
  4. In Full name, change your name — Rohan Mehta.
  5. In Job title, change or clear your title.
  6. In Time zone, choose your zone. Run times and history show in this zone.
  7. Select Save changes. The button reads Saving while it works.

A banner says Profile saved. The top bar shows your new name.

What happens next

  • Your new name and photo show straight away in the top bar, and to everyone in every company and workspace you belong to.
  • Times across Bizomate — run history, notifications, emails — use your new time zone.

Good to know

  • Photos: PNG or JPG only, up to 2 MB. Without a photo, your initials show.
  • Select Cancel to discard your changes.
  • Your profile is the same in every company. It belongs to you, not to a company.
  • The workspace's name is not here. It belongs to the workspace and changes in the workspace's settings.
  • Your email address changes on its own page. See Change your email address.

If something goes wrong

What you see Why What to do
The file is 3.4 MB. Pick a PNG or JPG under 2 MB. The photo is larger than 2 MB. Choose a smaller photo, or shrink it first.
Photos must be PNG or JPG. The file is another type. Save it as PNG or JPG.
Enter your name. Full name was empty. Type your name.
The new photo does not appear The photo was picked but not saved. Select Save changes.
