Bizomate shows a page headed You do not have access to that when you try to open something your account cannot. It does not change anything; it only stops you there.

Who can do this

Everyone.

Steps

  1. Read the line under the heading. It says why:
    • Your role in Consulace doesn't include this page. Ask a workspace admin. — the page needs a workspace role you do not have. The line names the workspace you are in.
    • You're not a member of that company. — you chose a company you are no longer in.
    • This page is for Bizomate staff. — the link is to a page for Bizomate's own team.
  2. Read the line under the button: Signed in as rohan@consulace.com. Wrong account?
  3. Then:
    • If you are signed in with the wrong account, select Sign out and use another account. The sign-in page opens; sign in with the right one.
    • Otherwise, select the button that takes you back — it names your workspace, for example Back to Consulace, or reads Back to workflows when no workspace is open.

What happens next

Nothing changes in your account or your company. Unless you sign out, you stay signed in, in the company and workspace you were in.

Good to know

You see this page in three cases:

  • Switching to a company you are no longer in. The workspace chip's menu, or the Choose a company page, was opened before you were removed from a company, or before it closed. Choosing that company now shows You're not a member of that company. Select Back to Consulace (your workspace's name), then open the chip again: it lists only the companies you are still in.

  • Opening a page for Bizomate staff. Some addresses, such as those under bizomate.io/admin, are for Bizomate's own team, and the page says This page is for Bizomate staff. No role in your company opens them, and nobody in your company can change that. If someone sent you such a link, ask them for the page they meant.

  • Opening a page your workspace role does not include. The page says Your role in Consulace doesn't include this page. Ask a workspace admin. Only a workspace admin can change your role there.

Most pages do not send you here: a Viewer or Member opens them and sees the parts they cannot change as read-only, or without the buttons. See What each role can do.

If something goes wrong

What you see Why What to do
Your role in Consulace doesn't include this page. Ask a workspace admin. The page needs a workspace role you do not have, or the No access page was opened directly — from a bookmark, for example. Select Back to Consulace. If you need the page, ask a workspace admin to change your role.
You're not a member of that company. You are no longer in that company, or it has closed. Select Back to Consulace (your workspace's name). Ask the company's owner or an admin to invite you again if you still need it.
This page is for Bizomate staff. The link is to a page for Bizomate's own team. Ask the sender for the right link, or select Back to Consulace (your workspace's name).
Signed in as … shows an address you did not expect You are signed in with another account. Select Sign out and use another account.
This is for … — Your account does not hold that staff role. The link is to a page for Bizomate support or writers. Select Back to Bizomate.
