When Bizomate has invited you to test, your company runs on a tester plan: a plan Bizomate chose, free of charge, renewing every 15 days until Bizomate ends it. This article explains what you see while you test, and what happens when the plan changes or testing ends.
Who can do this
Everyone in the company works on the tester plan's limits. Everyone can open Plan and billing; only the owner can change the company's details or transfer ownership there. Nobody in the company can change the tester plan — Bizomate does that.
Before you start
You have accepted an invitation to test. See Accept an invitation to test Bizomate.
Steps
See your tester plan
- Select your picture at the top right, then Settings.
- Under Company, select Plan and billing.
- The card at the top shows the plan's name — for example Pro — with the badge Tester, and under it "Owner: Rohan Mehta · Renews 17 October · no charge".
- Under the runs meter, a note reads "You are testing Bizomate on Pro. It renews every 15 days until Bizomate ends it. Other plans are not shown while you test."
The Plans section, with prices and upgrade buttons, is not shown while you test, nor is the note about paying for plans under it. Company details and Transfer ownership are there as usual.
The company menu (the workspace chip at the top left) shows the plan as Pro · Tester.
What happens next
Every 15 days
- The plan renews by itself. The date on Plan and billing moves on 15 days. Nothing is charged, and no email, notification or countdown is sent — there is nothing to do.
- Your access never depends on the date. If a renewal is late by a day, the plan carries on as before.
If Bizomate changes your plan
- The new plan applies at once to the whole company. The 15-day period carries on; it does not start again.
- No email is sent. Plan and billing shows the new plan's name, and the company menu shows, for example, Starter · Tester.
- On a smaller plan, any workspace running more workflows than the new plan allows has its running workflows switched off — all of them in that workspace, not a chosen few. Workspaces within the limit carry on. Switch back on the ones you need, up to the new limit.
When testing ends
- The company moves to the Free plan straight away, and Free's limits apply. See What the Free plan includes.
- Workflows over Free's limits are paused, workspace by workspace. On Free a workspace can run 5 workflows at once. In any workspace with more than 5 switched on, all of them are switched off. Workspaces with 5 or fewer carry on as they were.
- Nothing is deleted. Workflows, versions, runs, connections and lists stay where they are. Runs that would have started while a workflow was off are skipped, not saved for later.
- One email goes to you, the person who tested: "Testing Bizomate has ended for Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited". It says the company "is on the Free plan from today", that "Nothing has been deleted. Workflows over Free's limits are paused; every workflow, run and connection is where you left it", and has a Plan and billing button. No other email or notification is sent.
- Plan and billing then shows Free, and the Plans section is back.
Good to know
- Testing is never charged and never asks for a card.
- Testing is not your Pro trial. Your one Pro trial is kept for a company you start later, if you have not had it already. See Your 15-day Pro trial.
- The plan is the company's, not yours. Everyone in the company works on its limits while you test, and on Free's limits once testing ends.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Your plan runs 5 workflows at a time. Switch one off first, or upgrade." | Testing has ended, and five workflows are already switched on in this workspace. | Switch one off, then switch this one on. |
| Workflows are switched off and you did not do it | Testing ended, or the plan changed to a smaller one, and the workspace was over the limit. | Switch back on the workflows you need, up to the plan's limit. See Publishing a workflow versus switching it on. |
| Plan and billing shows Free, but no email came | The email goes to the address you sign in with, and may be in your spam folder. Only the person who tested is emailed. | Check spam. Testing has ended either way. |
