You can take a copy of everything Bizomate holds about you, at any time, as one JSON file. Do this before deleting your account if you want to keep a record.
Who can do this
Everyone, for their own account. The file covers you only. Workflows, run history, connections and lists are included for the companies you own, because workflows belong to a company rather than to whoever built them.
Steps
- Select your photo or initials at the top right, then Settings.
- Select Your data under Account.
- Beside Download your data, select Download. The button reads Preparing while the file is built.
- Your browser saves bizomate-your-data-2026-10-02.json (named with today's date).
What happens next
The file is ready straight away. Nothing changes on your account, and nobody is notified.
Good to know
What the file contains:
Section What is in it profile Your name, email address and when it was verified, any email change waiting, job title, phone, time zone, photo link, when you accepted the terms and which version, and when your trial started. How you sign in: whether you have a password, that two-factor is on, and each passkey's name and when it was added. Your email preferences. sessions Every recorded sign-in: device, IP address, approximate location, when it started, when it was last active, and when it was signed out. companies Every company you are in: its name, country and your role, and each of its workspaces you are in with your role there. owned (inside each company you own) For each workspace: its workflows in Bizomate's export format, run history, connections and lists. supportTickets Each ticket you raised: number, subject, category, status, when it was opened, and every message in it. chats Each chat with support: when it started, its status, and every message, with attachment names. notifications Every notification still in your notification centre, and when you read it. Run history for each workspace you own lists, per run: the workflow, version, whether it was a test, what triggered it, its status, when it was queued, started and finished, and any error. Test runs are included.
Connections are listed by name only — the name, the service, its status and when it was made. What is stored inside a connection is never included.
Lists are included in full: every column and every row, keyed by the column names you see.
Never included: passwords, keys, tokens, your authenticator key and your recovery codes. Workflows in the export format leave out anything that looks like a credential.
Support's internal notes are not included. They are support's working notes, not something said to you or by you.
Companies you are in but do not own appear with your role, without their workflows.
If a workspace cannot be read at the time, its entry says so — This workspace's workflows could not be read just now. Download again later, or ask support. — and the rest of the file is still complete.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The button stays on Preparing for a long time | A company with a lot of run history takes longer to build. | Wait for the download to finish. |
| A workspace entry says it could not be read | That workspace's data was not reachable at that moment. | Download again later, or ask support. |
