When you create a company, it starts with 15 days of the Pro plan, so you can try everything before deciding. This article explains who gets the trial, how you are reminded before it ends, and what to do when it has ended.
Who can do this
The trial starts by itself for the person who creates the company, who becomes its Owner. Only the owner is emailed about it and can change the plan. Everyone in the company works on Pro's limits while it lasts.
Steps
See how long is left
- Select your picture at the top right, then Settings.
- Under Company, select Plan and billing.
- The card at the top shows Pro with the badge Trial and, under it, "Trial · 9 days left". On the Pro card under Plans, the tag reads On trial.
After the trial ends, choose what keeps running
- Open Workflows. A banner reads, for example, "Your Pro trial ended on 17 October, so every workflow was paused", followed by "Nothing is lost — runs that would have happened are skipped, not queued. On the free plan you can run 5 workflows at once. Turn on the five that matter most, or start Pro again to bring all 8 back."
- Under the banner, a meter shows how many are on — "0 of 5 turned on" — with "Turning on a sixth asks you to switch one off first."
- Switch on the workflows you need, up to five in each workspace. The meter fills as you go.
- Repeat in each workspace the company has.
What happens next
- Seven days, three days and one day before the end, the owner gets an email and a notification titled "The Pro trial ends in 7 days" — "On 17 October Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited moves to Free unless you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted, but workflows pause."
- On the day it ends, the company moves to the Free plan's limits and every workflow is paused — Bizomate does not choose which of yours survive. The owner gets an email and a notification titled "The Pro trial has ended": "Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited is on Free now and its workflows are paused. Turn back on the ones that matter within the free limits, or pick a plan."
- Nothing is deleted. Workflows, versions, runs, connections and lists stay. Runs that would have started while a workflow was paused are skipped, not saved for later.
- Ending the trial early: choosing Downgrade on the Free card ends the trial at once. See Choosing or changing your plan.
Good to know
- The trial is once per person, not once per company. If you have owned a company that had a trial, a new company you create starts on Free. The Create workspace page tells you which before you finish: "It starts with a 15-day Pro trial" or "It starts on the Free plan — A Pro trial comes once per person."
- Deleting your account and signing up again with the same email address does not bring the trial back.
- Someone who only ever joined other people's companies by invitation has not had a trial, so the first company they create gets one.
- During the trial, support treats your tickets as Pro: a first reply within 4 business hours.
- Paid plans are not open yet, so the trial cannot be turned into a paid plan today. The owner can select Tell me when it's ready on the Pro card to be emailed the day it opens.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Your plan runs 5 workflows at a time. Switch one off first, or upgrade." | Five workflows are already switched on in this workspace | Switch one off, then switch this one on. |
| A run is skipped with "… needs a paid plan, so the run was skipped. Once the plan changes, the workflow runs again from its next trigger." | The workflow uses a premium connection (◇), which Free cannot run on its own | Remove that step and publish again, or wait for paid plans to open. |
| The new company started on Free, not a trial | You have owned a company that had a trial | Nothing to do — this is how the trial works. |
