Gmail · Send an email — Sends from the Gmail the connection signed in as — sends a real email from your own Gmail or Google Workspace address.

Before you start
A Google Workspace connection in this workspace, allowed to Send email as you.
Steps
- Select + where the email should be sent. In the step picker, open Apps, select Gmail — or search Gmail.
- In Connection, choose your Google Workspace connection.
- In To, the addresses — Separate several with commas.
- In Subject, the subject.
- Under Message format, choose Text (the default) or HTML.
- In Message, the message.
- Optional: under Attachments, select Add a file and drag in a file from an earlier step. See Pass files between steps.
- Optional: in Reply-to, an address replies should go to instead — Optional — an address the reply goes to instead.
- Select Run this step to send a test.

Good to know
- Up to 25 MB of attachments in one email.
- Up to 10 addresses in To.
- The email is in the account's Sent mail.
- Sending is the one Gmail step for now.
- Runs once per item.
If something goes wrong
