When someone invites you to a workspace, you get an email, and the invitation also waits for you inside Bizomate. Accept it from either place. If you have no Bizomate account, accepting creates one.

Who can do this

Anyone with an invitation sent to their email address. The invitation can only be accepted by the account with that exact address.

Steps

From the invitation email

  1. Open the email Consulace invited you to Bizomate and select its link.
  2. What opens depends on whether you have an account:
    • No account yet — Join Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited on Bizomate opens. Type your Full name, choose a Password (12 characters or more, with a number or symbol), and select Join Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited. Then set up two-factor. See Set up two-factor the first time you sign in.
    • You have an account but are signed out — select Sign in to join, and sign in as the invited address.
    • You are signed in as the invited address — Join Consulace Business Solutions Private Limited opens. Select the Join button.
    • You are signed in as someone else — This invitation is for someone else opens. Select Sign out, and the page opens again for the right account.
  3. Bizomate opens the workspace's workflows.

To leave it for later, select Not now. The invitation stays in your email and on the list after your next sign-in.

From the list after you sign in

  1. Sign in. If you have invitations you have not seen yet, a page opens first: You have an invitation or You have two invitations. Each shows the workspace, the company, who invited you, your role and when it expires.
  2. Select Accept on an invitation. It stays on screen marked Joined: You joined Consulace.
  3. To decline, select Decline. The row asks Decline this invitation? — Asha Raghunathan will see that you declined. To join later, they would need to invite you again. Select Decline invitation, or Keep it.
  4. When you are done, select Continue (or Continue to your workspace). To leave the rest for now, select Decide later.

What happens next

  • You join the workspace with the role you were invited with — Admin, Editor or Viewer — and, if you were not already in it, the company too.
  • You keep everything you already have. Your own company, its workspaces and your role there do not change.
  • Switch between companies from the workspace chip at the top of any page. The other company's plan and limits apply in its workspaces, not yours.
  • Declining tells the person who invited you. To join later, they must invite you again.
  • Undecided invitations stay in your notifications under the bell.

Good to know

  • Invitations last seven days.
  • An account made from an invitation is already confirmed, because the link proved the address is yours. You do not get a confirmation email.
  • No human check on these pages: they do nothing without the link from your email.
  • The list after sign-in shows only what is new. Once you have seen an invitation there, it does not open the page again at your next sign-in; it waits in your notifications.
  • Joining does not start a trial or create a company. The company that invited you pays for its own plan.
