Account
-
Accept or decline an invitation
Join a workspace you were invited to — from the email link or the list after you sign in — with a new account or the one you have. Or decline it.
-
Accept or decline an ownership offer
When a company's owner offers you the company, read what it means, then accept or decline — with your account, or a new one made from the offer.
-
Answer a colleague's two-factor reset check
When someone in your company asks Bizomate support to reset their two-factor, owners and admins are asked to confirm it is really them. How to answer.
-
Change your email address
Change the address you sign in with. We email the new address, and nothing changes until you open that link.
-
Change your password
Change your password from Settings. Every other device is signed out, and we email you to say it changed.
-
Choose which emails you get
Everything appears in the notification centre for 90 days. Choose whether product news also comes by email, and which emails always come.
-
Confirm your email address
Open the link we email you after sign-up, send a new one if it has not arrived or has expired, and what to do if the address was wrong.
-
Confirm your second step when you sign in
After your password, confirm with your passkey or a code from your authenticator app, switch between them, and skip the step on a browser you trust.
-
Create a Bizomate account
Sign up with your name, company and work email, confirm the address, set up two-factor, then create your first workspace.
-
Edit your profile: name, photo and time zone
Change your name, job title, photo and time zone. Everyone in your companies sees your name and photo; times show in your zone.
-
If sign-in is paused after failed attempts
Five failed attempts pause sign-in on an account for 15 minutes. Wait it out, or reset your password to get straight back in.
-
If you have lost access to your two-factor
No passkey, no authenticator and no recovery codes? A company admin or Bizomate support can reset your two-factor after checking it is you. Every step, explained.
-
Make a new set of recovery codes
Replace your ten recovery codes when they run low or you have lost them. The old set stops working the moment the new one is made.
-
Manage your two-factor methods
Add a passkey or an authenticator app, rename or remove a passkey, remove the authenticator, and why two-factor cannot be turned off.
-
Reset a forgotten password
Ask for a reset link by email, set a new password within 30 minutes, and what the reset does to your other devices and a paused sign-in.
-
Security emails and alerts about your account
Every email and notification Bizomate sends when something changes on your account, what each means, and what to do if it was not you.
-
See and sign out your active sessions
See every browser signed in as you, sign out one you do not recognise, or sign out everywhere except this device.
-
Set up two-factor the first time you sign in
Two-factor is on for every account. Choose a passkey or an authenticator app, set it up, and save your ten recovery codes.
-
Sign in to Bizomate
Sign in with your email and password, then your second step. What Keep me signed in does, how long a session lasts, and the email we send from a new device.
-
Sign in with a passkey
A passkey signs you in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN — no password, and no second step, because the passkey is both.
-
Sign in with a recovery code
When your phone or passkey is not to hand, sign in with one of the ten recovery codes you saved when you set up two-factor.
-
Sign out
Sign out of Bizomate on this browser from the menu under your initials, and how to sign out other devices too.
-
Switch to another company
If you belong to more than one company, switch between them from the workspace chip, or choose one on the Choose a company page.
-
The human check on sign-in pages
Why some sign-in and sign-up forms wait for a short check before their button works, and what to do when it fails or will not load.
-
When the screen locks or your session ends
After 30 minutes idle the screen locks and your password unlocks it. After 12 hours the session ends and you sign in again.
The assistant answers from these articles, and hands you to a person when one is free. Support hours are 9:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday; outside them, leave a message and we reply by email.
