Active sessions lists every browser currently signed in as you — the device, an approximate location and when it was last active. Sign out any you do not recognise.
Who can do this
Everyone, for their own account.
Steps
- Select your photo or initials at the top right, then Settings.
- Select Active sessions under Account. Each row shows the device — Windows · Edge — with the location and when it was last active. The browser you are using is marked This device.
- To end one session, select Sign out on its row. The button reads Signing out, and the row disappears.
- To end every session except this one, select Sign out everywhere else under the list.
What happens next
- A signed-out session ends straight away. On that device, the next action — or straight away on an open page — takes the person to the sign-in page.
- Workflows keep running. Signing a session out never stops runs, schedules or webhooks.
Good to know
- Location comes from the IP address and is often a nearby city rather than an exact one. Judge a session by the device and the time before the place.
- Last active reads Active now for anything in the last 10 minutes, then Last active 25 minutes ago, 3 hours ago, yesterday, 4 days ago, or a date after 30 days.
- Do not recognise one? Sign it out, then change your password. Changing your password ends every other session too. See Change your password.
- You cannot sign out this device from the list. Use Sign out in the menu under your initials. See Sign out.
- New browsers email you. When a browser Bizomate has not seen on your account signs in, we email New sign-in to Bizomate from that device, with a link to this page.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| No other sessions are recorded. | Nothing else is signed in as you. | Nothing. |
| A session you do not recognise | Someone may have your password. | Sign it out, change your password, and check Two-factor for methods you did not add. |
| Location unknown | The location could not be worked out from the address. | Judge the session by its device and time. |
