Activity is the company's log: who did what, newest first. Members, a partner you gave access to, and Bizomate support each appear under their own name, so you can always see who changed something.

Who can do this

The company's owner and admins. Members don't see the page.

Steps

  1. Select your avatar at the top right, then Settings.
  2. Under Company, select Activity.
  3. Narrow the log with the four filters:
    • Who — everyone, or one person.
    • What — everything, or one kind: Members, Partners, Bizomate support, Connections, Workflows or Company.
    • Workspace — all workspaces, or one.
    • When — the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or everything. It shows the last 30 days to begin with.
  4. Select an entry to see it in full, with a shortcut back to what it touched — for example Open the workflow or Open Connections. If it is in another workspace, the shortcut opens that workspace first.

What appears here

  • Members — invited, joined, role changed, removed, left.
  • Partners — access given, changed, ended or run out, and everything the partner does while they have it, under their name, marked Partner. On a partner's entry you can select End partner access.
  • Bizomate support — access allowed and ended, and every page they viewed, marked Bizomate support. The ticket lists the same views.
  • Connections — added, changed, tested, revoked and removed.
  • Workflows — published, switched on or off, removed, and a version restored into the draft.
  • Company — its details, the plan, ownership, and workspaces created, renamed, archived or restored.

Not logged here: each run (Runs shows those) and each sign-in (Account › Security shows your own).

Good to know

  • Secrets are never shown. A changed connection says what changed — "Name, and the secret (not shown)" — never what it changed to.
  • Kept for a year on every plan, then removed.
  • Names are as they were. An entry keeps the person's name from when it happened, so it reads correctly after they rename themselves or leave.
  • Times are in your own time zone, as set in your profile.
  • Downloading the log is part of Enterprise (Audit log export).
  • When nothing matches, the page says "Nothing has happened in the last 30 days that this log records. Choose a longer time, or Everything."
