What a plan costs depends on where the company is and how often it pays. This article explains which currency you see, how the annual price is worked out, how tax is handled, and where the details printed on invoices come from.
Who can do this
Everyone in the company can see the prices on Plan and billing. Only the company's Owner can change the plan and the company's details.
Before you start
Online payment is not open yet. Nobody is charged for Bizomate today, so there are no invoices or receipts yet, and no card, UPI or other payment method to add or change. The owner can ask to be told the day paid plans open — see Choosing or changing your plan.
Steps
See the prices in your currency
- Select your picture at the top right, then Settings.
- Under Company, select Plan and billing.
- Under Plans, each card shows its price in your company's currency — "₹4,999 / month" or "$49 / month".
- Under each price, a line gives the other region's — "or $49 outside India", or "or ₹4,999 in India".
- Select Annual above the plans to see the yearly prices. Next to the switch the page says Annual is 20% cheaper.
Get the company's details ready for invoices
- On Plan and billing, scroll to Company details — "The company's legal details. They appear on every invoice."
- The owner fills in Legal company name, Billing address and, in India, GSTIN (optional) — elsewhere Tax ID (optional) — then selects Save company details.
Every step, with the messages you may see, is in Change your company's details.
What happens next
- Changes to the company's details apply from the next invoice. Invoices already issued keep the details they went out with.
Good to know
- ₹ prices apply to companies in India and $ everywhere else. The page says: "₹ prices apply in India and $ everywhere else, set by your billing address. Taxes are added at checkout."
- Annual is twelve months less 20%, rounded to a whole rupee or dollar — Pro is ₹4,999 a month or ₹47,990 a year in India, and $49 a month or $470 a year elsewhere. All current prices are in Plans compared.
- Taxes are added at checkout, on top of the price shown.
- In India, add the company's GSTIN so it is printed on every invoice and the company can claim input tax credit. Leave it blank if the company is not GST-registered.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The plan buttons say Tell me when it's ready or Coming soon | Online payment is not open yet | The owner selects Tell me when it's ready to be emailed the day it opens. |
| The prices are in the wrong currency | The currency follows the company's country | Open a ticket in the Billing category. |
| The Company details fields cannot be typed in | Only the owner can change them | Ask the owner named on the page. |
