Bizomate opens country by country, so each company's data can be stored where it's registered. If your country isn't in the Country list when you create your account, you can't create a company there yet — but you can leave your email, and we'll email you once, on the day your country opens.

Who can do this

Anyone, with or without a Bizomate account.

Steps

Join the waiting list

  1. On Create your account, open Country — Choose your company’s country. Only countries open today are listed, and none is chosen for you. Under it: Your company’s data is stored in its country, and this can’t be changed later.
  2. If yours isn't there, select My country isn’t listed under the box. The waiting-list page opens, at bizomate.io/waiting-list: We’re not open in the United States yet.
  3. In Work email, type your address — rohan@consulace.com.
  4. Check Country. It's chosen from where you're visiting from, if that's known; otherwise it says Choose your country. Change it if it's wrong — every country is listed.
  5. Optionally, fill in Company name (optional) — Consulace — and What would you automate first? (optional) — Shopify orders into our accounts sheet.
  6. Tick Also send me Bizomate news only if you want Bizomate's news too. It's unticked to start.
  7. Wait for the Human check box to finish. Until it passes, the page says The check has to pass before you can be added. See The human check on sign-in pages.
  8. Select Tell me when it opens. The button shows Adding you to the list, then the page says You’re on the list for the United States — We’ll email rohan@consulace.com once, when it opens.
  9. Until then, select See how it works or Browse templates to read how Bizomate works.

Leave the waiting list

You can take your address off the list at any time. To make sure nobody can remove someone else, Bizomate sends a link to the address itself, and only a button on the page the link opens removes you.

  1. Go to bizomate.io/waiting-list. At the bottom, beside On the list already?, select Remove me from the list.
  2. The page says Enter the email you used. We’ll send a link to that address — it removes you once, and only you can use it. In Work email, type your address — rohan@consulace.com.
  3. Wait for the Human check box to finish.
  4. Select Send the removal link. The button shows Sending the link, then the page says Sent. — If rohan@consulace.com is on a list, the link is on its way. It works once, for 24 hours.
  5. Open the email — Remove yourself from the Bizomate waiting list — and select Remove me from the list.
  6. A page opens headed Remove me from the list — Your address comes off the Bizomate waiting list, for every country you chose. Opening the link removes nothing yet.
  7. Select Remove me from the list. The button shows Removing you, then the page says You’re off the list for the United States — We won’t email you about it. You can join again any time.

What happens next

  • One email, on the day your country opens — Bizomate is open in the United States. It says where your company's data will be stored, which currency prices are in, that every new company starts with 15 days of Pro, and links to Create your account. It ends This is the only email you’ll get from this list. We’ve deleted your address from it.
  • Your address is then deleted from that country's list.
  • If you ticked Also send me Bizomate news, your address is kept, for Bizomate's news, instead of being deleted. You never get the opening email twice. To have it deleted, use Remove me from the list.
  • No account is created and nothing else is sent. You create your account after your country opens.
  • Leaving takes you off every country's list. One removal link clears your address from every country you joined for, and from Bizomate's news if you ticked it. The page names the countries — for example You’re off the list for the United States and the United Kingdom.

Good to know

  • What is kept: your email, the country, the optional answers, the news tick and the date. We use your email only to tell you when your country opens, then delete it — unless you also chose news.
  • Several countries. You can join for more than one country with the same address; each gets its own opening email.
  • A country open to testers only — Bizomate sometimes opens a country to invited testers before everyone. It isn't listed on Create your account for anyone else, but you can join its waiting list as usual; the email comes on the day it opens to everyone.
  • Why not create a company in another country meanwhile? A company's country can't be changed later: it decides where its data is stored, its currency and its taxes. Create the company in the country it's registered in.
  • Why the removal link asks first. Some mail services open every link in an email to check it. If the link removed you by itself, a check like that would spend it; so only the button removes you.
  • The removal page never says whether an address is on a list. It sends the link only if the address is waiting, so nobody can use it to find out who is on the list.
  • Can I still look around? Yes. The help centre, templates and how Bizomate works are open to everyone.

If something goes wrong

What you see Why What to do
