The Usage page shows the company's runs against its monthly allowance. Runs in every workspace of the company count towards one allowance, so check it here when you want to know how much is left and which workflows are using it.
Who can do this
Anyone in the company, whatever their role. Only the owner sees the buttons that appear when the allowance and its extra 10% are used up.
Steps
- Select your avatar at the top right, then Settings.
- Under Company, select Usage.
- Read the top card:
- Runs this month — the runs used, and the allowance, for example "6,120 of 25,000 on Pro".
- Resets on 1 November — and how many days that is away.
- The meter shows the allowance as a tick, with the 10% extra after it.
- A line under the meter says where the month is heading at the pace so far — for example "At this pace you will use about 18,400 by the reset, well inside the allowance." In the first three days it says "Too early in the month to say where it is heading."
- Read What is using it: the runs per workflow so far this month, busiest first, with each one's share. After the five busiest, the rest are shown together as "3 others".
- To compare plans, select See plans at the top right.
What happens next
Nothing changes from looking. When the company reaches 80% of the allowance, the owner is told. Past the allowance, runs carry on for 10% more; after that, runs are skipped until the month resets.
Good to know
- A run is one pass of a workflow, however many steps it has. Test runs from the designer do not count.
- Allowances: Free 100 runs a month, Starter 2,500, Pro 25,000, Enterprise no limit.
- Past the allowance the line says "Past the allowance, and nothing has stopped: runs carry on to 27,500, the 10% extra."
- When the extra is used too, the line says "Runs are being skipped until you add runs or the month resets." The owner sees Add 5,000 runs, which is not available yet — "Adding runs opens when online payment does." — and Talk to us about Enterprise, which opens a ticket. Anyone else sees "Ask Rohan Mehta, the company's owner."
- On a trial, the allowance line names it: "of 25,000 on the Pro trial".
