A link can stop working: it was mistyped, or what it pointed at has been deleted, or it belongs to a workspace you are not in at the moment. Bizomate then shows a page that says so, rather than an error.
Who can do this
Everyone.
Steps
- Read the heading. It tells you what could not be found:
- We cannot find that page, with 404 — The link may be mistyped, or the workflow it pointed at has been deleted. Nothing is broken on our side.
- That workflow is not here — It may have been deleted, or it belongs to another workspace.
- This run is no longer kept — Starter keeps the record of every run for 30 days, and this one is older — or it belongs to another workspace. (It names your plan and its days.)
- That ticket is not here — Only the person who raised a ticket and the company's owner and admins can open it.
- That article is not here — It may have been unpublished. Try a search.
- Select the button on the page to go somewhere that works: Back to workflows, Run history or All tickets. For an article, type in the search box at the top of Help.
- If the link came from an email or a notification about another workspace, switch to that workspace first, then open the link again. Select the workspace chip at the top left of the page, then the workspace.
What happens next
Nothing changes. These pages only tell you the link did not lead anywhere; nothing is deleted or reported because you opened one.
Good to know
- A deleted workflow takes its addresses with it. Its webhook address answers 404 from then on, and its form's page shows We cannot find that page — the same page anyone filling in the form sees.
- Old runs go. The record of a run is kept for as many days as the plan says — 7 on Free, 30 on Starter, 90 on Pro — so a link to an old run in an email can stop working. See How long runs and their files are kept.
- Links are per workspace. A workflow, run or list in another workspace opens only once you are in that workspace.
- A broken link inside Bizomate is ours to fix. The 404 page says If you followed a link from inside Bizomate, tell us — that one is ours to fix.
If something goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| We cannot find that page after selecting a link in Bizomate | A link in the product points nowhere. | Raise a ticket and say which page and which link. |
| We cannot find that page on a form you shared | The workflow was deleted, or the form's address changed and another form took the old one. | Check the Form trigger's Address in the designer and share the current link. |
| That workflow is not here from a notification | The workflow was deleted, or the notification is about another workspace. | Switch to that workspace, or select Back to workflows. |
| This run is no longer kept | The run is older than the plan keeps, or it is in another workspace. | Select Back to Runs to see the runs that are kept. |
| That ticket is not here | You are a member and someone else raised it. | Ask the person who raised it, or an owner or admin. |
