Company and workspaces
-
Accept an invitation
Join a workspace from the invitation email, from the screen after you sign in, or from your notifications — with or without a Bizomate account.
-
Archive a workspace
Put away a workspace you no longer use. Nobody can open it, nothing is deleted, and an owner or company admin can restore it.
-
Change a workspace's name and description
Rename a workspace or change its description in Workspace settings, and find its data region and workspace ID.
-
Change or delete a workspace variable
Edit a global variable's values, description or type, or delete it — and see which workflows read it first.
-
Change someone's workspace role
Make a member an Admin, Editor or Viewer of a workspace, and why the last admin cannot be changed.
-
Change your company's details
The owner changes the company's legal name, billing address and GSTIN or tax ID, which appear on every invoice.
-
Check your company's usage
See how many runs the company has used this month, when the allowance resets, where the month is heading, and which workflows use the most.
-
Create a workspace
Add another workspace to your company — its own workflows, connections and members — and how many your plan allows.
-
Decline an invitation
Turn down an invitation to a workspace. The person who invited you sees that you declined, and nothing else changes.
-
Delete a project
Remove a project and choose whether its workflows become ungrouped or are deleted with it.
-
Group workflows into projects
Create a project — a named, coloured group for workflows in a workspace — and filter the Workflows list by it.
-
Invite someone to a workspace
Send an invitation by email, choose their role, and what they see when they accept. Seats, limits and the seven-day link.
-
Leave a workspace
Remove yourself from a workspace. What you lose, what stays for everyone else, and the two cases where you must hand over first.
-
Move a workflow to another project
Put a workflow into a project, move it between projects, or make it ungrouped. Nothing about how it runs changes.
-
Remove someone from a workspace
Take away someone's access to a workspace. Their work stays, and if it was their last workspace in the company they leave the company too.
-
Rename or recolour a project
Change a project's name, description or colour. Its workflows stay in it.
-
Resend, cancel or clear an invitation
Send a fresh link, withdraw an invitation, invite again after a decline, and tidy the Pending invitations list.
-
Reset a colleague's two-factor
When someone in your company has lost their phone or passkeys, an owner or company admin can clear their two-factor so they set it up again.
-
Restore an archived workspace
Owners and company admins bring an archived workspace back, as it was, with its workflows switched off.
-
Start your own company
Create a company of your own, with its own plan and billing, while staying in the companies you already belong to.
-
Switch workspace
Move between the workspaces you belong to from the workspace chip or the All workspaces page.
-
Transfer company ownership
Offer the company to someone else by email. Nothing changes until they accept; then they own the plan and the card, and you become an admin.
-
Variables and environments
Add a workspace variable with one value for Development and one for Production, and read it in any workflow with {{ $vars.name }}.
-
What each role can do
You have one role in the company and one in each workspace. What Owner, Admin, Member, Editor and Viewer can and cannot do.
-
When there is no workspace to open
What the No workspace yet and No active workspace here screens mean, and what you can do from each.
The assistant answers from these articles, and hands you to a person when one is free. Support hours are 9:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday; outside them, leave a message and we reply by email.
