Search the help articles from the ? at the top of any page, read the ones for the page you are on, and tell us whether an article helped.

Letting support view your workspace
Support sees nothing unless you allow it on a ticket — read-only, for seven days, every page logged — and you can withdraw it at any time.

Raising a support ticket
Open a ticket with a category, a subject and what happened — link the workflow or run, attach screenshots, and see when to expect a reply before you send.

Replying to, resolving and reopening a ticket
Reply on the ticket with text and files, mark it as resolved when it is sorted, and reply within seven days to reopen it.

Sharing your screen with support
When an agent asks to see your screen in a chat, you choose what to share. They can only look, never control anything, and nothing is recorded.

The assistant answers from these articles, and hands you to a person when one is free. Support hours are 9:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday; outside them, leave a message and we reply by email.
